Manuel is the Founder and Chairman of ROSWEALTH Organisation, providing the vision, leadership and entrepreneurial drive behind its development and investment strategy.
An entrepreneur since 1996, he has spent three decades building businesses internationally, gaining extensive experience in finance, investment and corporate management across multiple sectors. He is driven by ambitious challenges and a determination to pursue bold opportunities, particularly those whose scale and complexity demand conviction and the courage to think beyond conventional boundaries.
His leadership reflects a distinctive philosophy: ROSWEALTH is not simply a corporate organisation, but an extension of the family itself, built on independent thinking and entrepreneurial ambition, while remaining firmly united by its principles and long-term aspirations.

Madina is the Vice Chairman of ROSWEALTH Organisation and a member of the founding family, playing a central leadership role in defining and safeguarding the family’s vision, values and the long-term development of ROSWEALTH’s wealth and wider interests.
As Vice Chairman, she provides guidance across the Organisation, ensuring that its leadership and management remain aligned with the principles, identity and ambitions of ROSWEALTH.
Her leadership combines strategic oversight, corporate stewardship and continuity, ensuring that ROSWEALTH develops as a strong and professionally managed organisation while remaining firmly rooted in the values and legacy of its founding family.

Dominic Jennings is the CEO of ROSWEALTH Organisation, bringing 35 years of senior financial markets experience across the sell‑side and buy‑side.
He has served as an Investment Banker, Co‑Founder of an Emerging Markets investment management boutique, and a strategic leader in DeepTech, Frontier Technologies, Big Data Analytics and VC/PE.
Across his career, Dominic has secured multiple FCA authorisations and built institutional investor networks across the UK, Europe and the US. He has deep expertise in regulatory strategy, operational excellence, and high‑value partnership building.
Dominic leads ROSWEALTH Organisation with a focus on disciplined execution, strategic clarity and the development of a unified, high‑performance culture.
